3. Shipping & Delivery

• We use Nampost courier services.

• A standard courier fee of N$65 applies.

• Orders are shipped the same day after payment confirmation and arrive within 24-48 hours.

• ANX is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for defective or incorrect items.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

• Refunds are issued as store credit or exchange.

5. Privacy & Security

• Customer information is kept confidential and used solely for order processing.

• We do not share personal details with third parties.
